LEGO The Lord of the Rings is based on The Lord of the Rings film trilogy and follows the original storylines of the Lord of the Rings movies: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Your whole family can now team up in pairs to play as cute LEGO The Lord of the Rings mini figures, and to experience many dangers, solve riddles, and battle terrifying enemies on their journey to Mount Doom.
The LEGO The Lord of the Rings game guides players through the adventures of Frodo Baggins and his remarkable fellowship that sets out on a risky journey, the purpose of which is to destroy the One Ring and save Middle-Earth.
Both younger and older children, teenagers, and their parents will be able to traverse the Misty Mountains, explore the Mines of Moria, knock on the Black Gate of Mordor, and take part in epic battles against Orcs, Uruk-hai, Balrog, and other fearsome enemies. They can enjoy the humour and imagination the LEGO game brings, while they are solving puzzles and exploring Middle-Earth. Players can take form of their favourite members of the fellowship - Frodo the Hobbit, Aragorn the Ranger, Gandalf the Wizard, Legolas the Elf, Gimli the Dwarf, Boromir a Warrior of Gondor, and Frodo's Hobbit friends Sam, Merry and Pippin - and once again experience the most significant events from the films.
