The SCUF Valor Pro Wired gamepad is used to control games on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, and on PCs running Windows 10 or Windows 11. The device also offers compatibility with iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Key features of the SCUF - Valor Pro Wired Preconfigured Controller - White gamepad
- Controller features thumbsticks with TMR technology to reduce wear and drift
- Rear paddles for mapping in-game functions
- Triggers have a switch for instant click or analogue mode
- Integrated sound system includes two dials to control volume
- Non-slip grip on the handle sections
Durable TMR thumbsticks
Thumbsticks with TMR technology significantly reduce wear and the risk of unwanted drift. The mechanism works without internal friction and extends the overall life of the components. Users can recalibrate these sticks using the companion app to restore them to their default performance. Swapping individual parts is quick thanks to the magnetic faceplate. You can choose from short or long variants with concave or convex shapes.
Adjustable paddles
The rear paddles let you perform in-game actions without taking your thumbs off the sticks. You can map any function to these controls, making it easier to jump or reload while aiming. The shape of the rear paddles promotes a stable grip during gaming sessions. The controller's internal memory stores up to three separate setting profiles, which you can switch between instantly at the touch of a button.
Customisable triggers
The adjustable triggers offer a choice between two action modes, depending on the type of game you're playing. For shooters, there is a mode with a very short travel and a click similar to a computer mouse for quick shots. For racing games, you can activate the full analogue mode with smooth resistance and pressure sensitivity. Switching between these modes is easy.
Sound system
The integrated sound system lets you adjust the volume directly on the controller's body. There are two dials for independent control of game audio and voice chat. A headset with a microphone plugs directly into the built-in 3.5mm jack. The left dial adjusts the overall volume or mutes it with a press, while the right dial controls the team's volume. LED indicators show the microphone's mute status.
Ergonomics and grip
The shaped bumpers increase the contact area for your fingers and make it easier to switch between the top buttons. A non-slip surface on the back improves grip stability during intense use. The surface finish prevents the controller from slipping in your palms during longer gaming sessions when your hands start to get warm. The layout of all elements corresponds to the natural position of your hands.
Configuration via the app
The companion app for consoles and PCs provides detailed configuration of all the controller's functions. In the app, users can adjust thumbstick sensitivity, dead zones, and response curves to suit their gaming style. The free software from the Microsoft Store is also used to install firmware updates. All changes are saved directly to the profiles on the controller.
