The watch measures reached distance, SWOLF value, swimming efficiency, a number of shots and it can also recognize your swimming style. For winter sports enthusiasts, Fenix 5S features cross-country and downhill skiing functions. With its built-in barometer, the watch detects when skiing and the time spent in the lift.
Wireless connection
Fenix 5 offers an option to connect to your smartphone with Android or iOS operating system via Bluetooth. The watch is able to show your phone notifications. It also features the ANT+ wireless standard used mainly for connecting fitness accessories.
