Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme od vás dva ks Grandstream DP720 SIP DECT ručka. V současné době máme zákl. stanice od jiných firem od předešlých telefonů/ruček. Telefony se podařilo registrovat, ale nejdou přepojovat hovory z jedné ručky na druhou. Dle návodu nám není ručka schopna v nastavení nabídnout možnosti, aby bylo možné hovory přepojovat. Chci se Vás tedy zeptat, zda je nutné k těmto modelům ještě dokoupit základnovou/základové stanice od této značky, aby bylo možné přepojovat hovory z jedné ručky na druhou? Děkuji Vám za odpověď

V popisu tlf není popsána možnost ukládání tlf. čísel do přístroje. V případě, že je to možné, kolik kontaktů je možno uložit? Případně jaký IP telefon s ručkou mně můžete doporučit. Požadované funkce: oznámení nepřijatých hovorů, možnost hlasitého odposlechu, tlf. seznam v přístroji, příp. budík
