HECHT Rotary mower AKU 5034 (without AKU)

The HECHT 5034 cordless lawnmower with plastic chassis is ideal for regular mowing of small lawn areas up to approx. 500 m². When mowing, you will especially appreciate its quiet operation and easy handling. You are not constrained by any power cables and produce no emissions. The working width (blade width) is 34 cm and the grass clippings can be stored in the 35 l basket. The cutting height can be centrally adjusted from 25 to 65 mm. The diameter of the front wheels is 6" and the rear wheels are 7". The mower can be powered by a 40 V lithium battery with a capacity of 2.5 to 5 Ah, which are fully compatible with other products in the 5040 battery range. The battery and charger are not included.

Advantages of an electric motor

The mower's electric motor is silent and produces no smelly or toxic fumes. Compared to an internal combustion engine, you don't have to start the engine, perform regular maintenance, change oil and air filters. The electric motor is more reliable than the rather complicated internal combustion engine. However, the main disadvantage of a conventional electric machine is the need for a power cord. The cable restricts movement, and a little inattention can result in damage and possible electric shock. All these disadvantages are solved by powering the machine from a lightweight lithium battery.

Accu program 5040

The advantageous programme allows the use of a single battery for more than 10 Hecht devices included in the programme. This provides the opportunity to achieve significant savings as well as maximum utilisation of the battery and charger throughout their lifetime. Chargers and lithium batteries are already included in some instruments or can be purchased separately. The Accu 5040 products are fully compatible with the 005040B and 005024B batteries.
