Original Easy Flip technology

Easy Flip lets you combine both direct and indirect grilling, all thanks to an aromatic funnel that you can use to concentrate the heat on the center of the surface to create a beautiful seared pattern on your steak or other grillables. Or, turn the funnel 180° and the heat is redirected over the whole grilling surface. In this position, dripping juices are caught in a container suspended under the grill, acting as an intelligent protective shield against damaging flare-ups and unpleasant smoke emissions. At the same time, juice from the container partially evaporates to create the flavor of grilled meat.
