Dobrý den. Pořídil jsem si Koss 330i, protože jsem potřeboval sluchátka do kanceláře, se kterými bude možné poslouchat hudbu a současně vyřizovat hovory. Dnes mi přišly, nicméně když jsem zkusil telefonovat, tak kvalita hovoru byla taková, že jsem je musel odpojit a dokončit hovor přímo z telefonu. Měl jsem za to, že šlo o nějaký vyjímečný problém a příště že to bude ok. Teď jsme to asi půl hodiny zkoušeli doma, bohužel se stejným výsledkem. Hovor sice probíhá, ale téměř není rozumnět, co kdo říká (v obou směrech). Zkoušeli jsme různé telefony, vypínat, zapínat, odpojovat i připojovat během hovoru, ale pořád stejný problém. Testovali jsme v podmínkách kdy obě strany (volaný i volající) byly v dokonale tiché místnosti. V běžném provozu našeho open-office si to vůbec nedokážu představit. Chtěl jsem se proto zeptat, jestli jde o nějaký známý problém tohoto modelu, nebo spíš půjde o závadu jednoho kusu.
