Lamp

A story of courage and a good heart. A story of courage, friendship, of compassion and fear, full of anger, prejudice and misunderstanding, but also childlike honesty and kindness. The big heart of the tiny girl Lampicka will not stop at any danger. Sea cliffs battered by waves are dangerous for ships. That's why night after night, the tiny little girl Emilie has to light the beacon light instead of her father, who can't get to his feet. One day, however, he forgets to buy matches, in the evening the light does not come on, and at night the boat crashes on the rocks. So begins the suggestive story of the girl Lamp, who is taken to the Admiral's house to work off the damage she has caused. The people who live there initially inspire terror in her, but gradually she learns how much goodness is hidden in them. Soon she is drawn into a fairytale adventure in a world of mermaids and pirates, where she must fight with all her might for friendship, freedom and the right to be different. The fragile Lamp, who until then had only encountered humiliation and callousness, finds the strength to help others, even those whose body or mind is out of the norm. A story about the strength to stand in the world.
