Dobrý den, koupili jsme tyto sluchátka k Xbox, ale máme problém s tím že po připojení ke konzoli nefungují, pouze svítí. Už při jejich pořizování jsme byli na vážkách kvůli jejich konektoru USB-A, ale v popisu u nich máte zavedenou podporu Xbox ONE. Máte prosím nějaké doporučení jak jinak sluchátka propojit s konzolí?
