Agnes and the Island of Shadows

The second volume of Agnes and the Forbidden Mountain, a novel that shows how to keep your inner light when the world around you goes black.

Have you missed brave Agnes, cheerful Karim, cheeky Bobo the koala, dry Gorm, wise Ezra and kind Leila? Join them on their next adventure!

It's been two years since Agnes returned from the Forbidden Mountain. Since then, life in the Magrayan village on Baulu Island has been peaceful. One evening, however, something happens that has been impossible until now. Agnes is going to collide with the Shadow! With each passing day, new cases of attacks by these semi-transparent creatures on villagers with whom they lived in harmony until recently are being reported. Then, when the first of the Magrei begin to turn into Shadows themselves, it becomes clear that the natives have no time to waste. A balance that has lasted for many generations has been disturbed and the most important question to answer is: Will there be anyone brave enough to save the whole island?

"Try to embrace FEAR, understand ALONENESS, grasp RESPONSIBILITY and learn to TRUST the world. I'll show you how." - Veronika Hurdová
