Has your HP device broken down? If so, you can contact the HP customer centre directly on +420 239 016 398 if you're calling from the Czech Republic, or on +421 250 112 013 when calling from Slovakia. The contact centre is available from Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays).
Online Technical Support
The contact centre is full of IT specialists who can help you resolve a wide range of problems remotely. However, there are technical faults that require the intervention of an experienced technician directly at the service centre. The customer service operator will be happy to help you choose a suitable service centre and recommend a method of transport for your broken device.
Alternatively, you can go straight to your nearest authorised HP service partner for repairs, which can be found on the websites for the CZ and for SK.
We'll Transport Your Device Under Complaint to the Service Centre and Back for Free
If you opt for the collection and delivery service of the repaired unit directly to your home, a service centre employee will arrange an expected pick-up date for your device with you.

What Do You Need to Prepare for a Complaint?
- The product number P/N (this is a six-digit number on the label of your device)

- Proof of purchase for the device

Hewlett-Packard was founded in the difficult times of the Great Depression. The founders were a pair of friends whose name the company still proudly bears. They started their business in an unobtrusive garage near the city of Palo Alto. It is now a national monument. HP’s success lay not in copying existing products, but in the ability and courage to come up with something new.
The first commercial triumph was an oscillator that surpassed all competition in quality, yet sold at a quarter of the price. In 1968, HP released their first desktop computer - a desktop calculator. The company currently manufactures products primarily related to computer technology - computers and laptops, printers, scanners, digital cameras, servers, and last but not least, calculators.
