Slime Blemcavý is such an old spook that he can barely move. Smrďouch feeds on the stench from various smelly things. Můra Vysávalka sucks the energy out of children who don't sleep at night and play computer games. These three main characters are spooks from the sewer, or Kanalníčci, who live underground with other creatures and beings. What happens when one day Smrďouch gets lost and ends up trapped in a child's backpack? Will they manage to save Slime Blemcavý, who is swept away by the current of an underground river? And will Můra Vysávalka arrive in time?
