The third installment of the popular series
"Who would have ever thought that a heartless killing machine would face so many moral dilemmas?" The heartless killing machine that readers of this sci-fi series know as Robokat is once again thrust into a whirlwind of adventure and danger. Like so many times before, it will walk the line between disinterest in the environment and a growing sense of justice and responsibility. Robokat gets tired of the constant conflict with humans and leads him to complete apathy, or persist in finding evidence against those who are responsible for the deaths of innocent people, and he can, that humanity might as well be lost, like get? Martha Wells masterfully uncovers the mysterious recesses of a robot's soul and gives us a glimpse into someone's thought processes, who wants nothing to do with humans, yet he gives in to such common human manifestations, like anger, compassion, sympathy and, above all, a healthy dose of irony.
