The Voice of the Black Forest

A collection of short stories about the heroes of the magical Black Forest

The Governor of Kozí Hrádek has more on his shoulders than he would like. The mercenary John of Dorne seeks honour in a world where it is worth its weight in gold. Hunter Meyrink must face his fears. Zibrid the Joker is just trying to survive. The fates of all the heroes are linked by a single place - the Black Forest.
A place where people are still strangers, and where they fight evil spells every day. And he's definitely not winning.

Readers first encountered the Black Forest in 2003 and since then it has been the setting for several novels and countless short stories.

The audiobook The Voice of the Black Forest offers for the first time stories scattered in various anthologies and magazines together and chronologically arranged, in a great performance by Vojtěch Hamerský, and with musical background by the band Peregrin. Listen to the Voice of the Black Forest too.
