Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem antivir McAfee LiveSafe na 12 měsíců. Při instalaci mi bylo sděleno: 'Ochrana, kterou chcete nainstalovat, není určena pro toto zařízení. Proveďte instalaci ve správném zařízení.' Mám notebook LenovoZ51, jak je to možné? Jak mám postupovat při aktivaci? Děkuji.

Mám stejný problém, jedno z 10 zařízení nechce software ani vidět. Co je horší-UPNĚ MI VŠECHNA ZAŘÍZENÍ SPOMALILA , VŠE CO BĚŽNĚ FUNGOVALO NEJDE, DOKONCE SE NEPŘIHLÁSÍM NA b2b SVÉHO OBCHODNÍHO PARTNERA. Nedoporučuji se na to podívat natož instalovat!!!!!

Dobry den. Vyhral som zlavovy kod v ramci vasej sutaze. Na vasej stranke a takisto aj na stranke McAfee je napisane, ze je program aj pre pocitace Macintosh. Ak ale chcem stiahnut verziu pre Mac, nedovoli mi to a pise, ze takato verzia neexistuje. Poskytne mi na staihnutie len TrueKey.
