Noctua NM-i4189 mounting kit
The NM-i4189 mounting kit enables the installation of Noctua DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series coolers on the Intel LGA4189 (Whitley) platform. It is designed for third-generation Xeon Scalable processors based on the Ice Lake-SP platform (Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze versions) and W-3300 series workstation CPUs (Ice Lake-64L). With the integration of standard parts, the NM-i4189 is perfectly prepared for installation on Intel processors and offers experienced LGA4189 users a familiar installation procedure. Includes Torx T30 mounting tool.
