Inside you will find a measuring scale with a line marking the maximum filling. The pressure lid with lever mechanism is equipped with a valve with the possibility of adjusting the steam release intensity to three stages and has a silicone seal. Secure closure without the use of force is ensured by the bayonet system, where you put the lid on from above and by simply turning the central part, the projections fit into the rim of the pot. The plastic parts are made of durable polyamide and the handles are made of bakelite. The Orion WIND pressure cooker is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs and can be washed in the dishwasher without a lid. The practical pot in a modern design offers economical cooking, thanks to the hardness of the material you can use metal kitchen utensils and can be complemented with a glass lid from the Orion range.
