Dobrý den, Vaše objednávka měla dle Vaší informace dorazit v úterý. Dnes jsem mluvil s Vaším operátorem a ten mi řekl, že nastala nějaká chyba, kvůli které zboží stále nemám. Jelikož zítra odjíždím na dovolenou, potřebuji mít objednávku na adrese nejpozději dnes večer. Toto jsem sdělil operátorovi ale ten mi řekl, že s tím nemůže teď bohužel nic dělat. Proto Vás žádám o garanci doručení zásilky ještě dnes a nebo vrácení peněz za dopravu a připravení zásilky u Vás v Holešovicích také nejpozději dnes do večera. Děkuji za odpověď. Tomáš Tauchen.
