Tiskárna C4485 tiskne pouze barvy C, Y. Barva M není vůbec přítomna, v zarovnávací stránce, ani v žádném jiném tisku. Nepomohlo softwarové ani manuální vyčištění hlavy mokrým ubrouskem. S jinou neoriginální kazetou je to bez problémů. Prosím o radu, jak postupovat dále.
