Dobrý den, potřebuji vědět kdy bude toto zboží skladem?! Když jsem jej objednával tak tu stálo, že bude skladem 13.1. Mám již více než týden toto zboží objednané a potřebuji ho jako dárek k narozeninám a nemůžu si dovolit čekat déle než dalších maximálně pět dnů. Proto vás jako věrný zákazník žádám o závazné info k termínu vyzvednutí zboží. Předem děkuji za bezodkladné a pravdivé informace o stavu věci a případný návrh nouzového řešení.
