Salente Mixi VA, vacuum mixing vessel
The Salente Mixi VA vacuum mixing container is an accessory for the Salente Mixi 2L blender and extends this multifunctional blender with the vacuum mixing function. Before you start blending, the vacuum blender sucks most of the air out of the blending container. Your smoothie will be smooth, foam-free and last longer.

How the vacuum mixer works
For the most part, a vacuum blender works in much the same way as a regular blender. First, fill the mixing bowl with your favourite ingredients. Then put on the lid of the mixing bowl and press the START button. The vacuum mixer first sucks most of the air out of the mixing container before it starts mixing. Before pouring the smoothie, you must release the air access valve to the blending container, this valve is located on the top lid of the container. Once the pressure inside the mixing vessel is equal to the ambient pressure, the top lid can be removed again.
