Mixit Crunchy fruit in pocket- Strawberry 13g
Mixit freeze-dried fruit
crispy strawberry, 13 g
Mixit freeze-dried fruit smells and tastes like the fruit in its original state. You'll love the popular crisp strawberries on their own, in muesli, porridges and various no-bake recipes. 13 g of freeze-dried strawberries in a tube were prepared from 130 g of fresh fruit.
Fruit full of vitamins
Did you know that freeze-dried strawberries have a significantly higher concentration of nutrients thanks to the freeze-drying process than fresh strawberries? This is due to the fact that water is removed from them during the lyophilization process. Thus, the average vitamin C content of freeze-dried strawberries is between 200-300 mg per 100 g, which is more than triple that of fresh strawberries. In the tube you will find two handy bags full of crunchy berries.

Benefits of freeze-dried fruit
Lyophilization is a procedure in which the fetus is dried by frost shock.
- Nutrient retention:freeze-drying preserves most of the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants found in fresh fruit.
- Long shelf life: the fruit can be stored for longer periods without loss of quality or taste. This is great for those who want to have fruit available all year round, even when it's not in season.
- Better taste and texture than traditional dried fruit: to preserve the crispness of the strawberries after opening the bag, it is recommended to use food clips on the bags to limit the access of air moisture and to keep the bag in a dark and cool place. For example, a refrigerator can be a good help.
