Vilgain beef tallow is 100% pure animal fat of premium quality, ideal for baking, frying and grilling. Thanks to its high smoke point of up to 250 °C, it does not overheat and remains stable even at high temperatures. Vilgain beef tallow comes exclusively from young Aberdeen Angus bulls, reared on a family farm in the Highlands.

The young bulls graze on meadows most of the year and are fed a natural, local diet. Vilgain beef tallow is therefore a high-quality, nutritious raw material with a distinctive meaty taste, rich in vitamins A, D, E and K and valuable substances such as CLA. It is slowly and gently processed without loss of nutritional value. Moreover, Vilgain beef tallow is also suitable for the production of home cosmetics, as it is characterised by its natural moisturising properties.
