Data protection and integrity with Btrfs

The new generation Btrfs file system has tools that prevent data corruption. Btrfs holds two copies of metadata on a volume, allowing you to recover data in the event of hard drive corruption or the occurrence of bad sectors. For a common file volume, work tool errors are detected. However, Btrfs creates checksums for each read operation, so the error is detected immediately and auto-correction occurs. Snapshot features let you create a copy of the entire shared folder.
