Dobrý den I při mírném dešti do schránky Rottner RONDELLO silně vniká voda. Nejen do spodního oddělení pro noviny, ale bohužel i do prostoru pro dopisy, které jsou tím pádem mokré a znehodnocené. Voda v prostoru pro dopisy dokonce dlouho zůstává a je nutné jí po každém dešti vytřít. Poraďte jak tento problém odstranit. Pokud nepůjde tento problém odstranit budu muset přistoupit k reklamaci.
