The professional ELO 1723L Touch Panel is designed for a very wide range of applications. It can be used in cash registers, self-service information systems, or service systems. It is suitable for example in smaller shops, hotels, restaurants, but also in pharmacies, or hospitals. ITouch + delivers unprecedented picture quality and high touch precision on touch screen ratios, and multitouch support.

The standard 5:4 aspect ratio panel features a 17" diagonal screen with an optimal resolution of 1280x1024. Its further features include a 800:1 contrast ratio, a brightness of 225 cd/m2, a 30 ms response, and a viewing angle of 170/160 °, Where the image is mediated via an analog VGA, or digital DVI.

The black design is characterized by its high resistance to dust, dirt, and fluids. Monitor setting buttons are located on the side of the monitor and feature a lock function, so that there is no risk of overrun by over-initiative users when placing the monitor in a publicly available location. The monitor can also be attached to the wall when purchasing the VESA bracket .
