Před cca 5 měsíci jsem tento monitor u vás koupil a včera se mi tak na 2-5 sekund začal vypínat jen tak nevíte čím by to mohlo být ?

Dobrý den, tento monitor si chci připojit k notebooku Lenovo IdeaPad Z50-70 s operačním systémem windows 8.1 jako druhý monitor, zapnu monitor, poté notebook, ale monitor je černý, poté ukáže no signal, poté zase černý a někdy funguje tak na 5 vteřin nebo je jednobarevný s divnými pruhy nalevo. Ovladače grafické karty jsem aktualizoval, ale pořád je to stejné. Nevíte, jak to spravit?

Dobrý den, jednou za čas mi na 1/2 sec "vypne obrazovka" u tohoto monitoru, odepsali jste mi že je to vada na grafické kartě nejspíš, je to na reklamaci? Dá se to nějak opravit? Popř. jak a jestli to dokáži sám.
