Zdravím, při vložení kreslící struny (dle návodů a videí na internetu), by měla tužka plast roztavit pro kreslení, ale když se o to pokouším, tak z tužky vychází tenčí struna, která ihned ztvrdne, tudíž nejde kreslit. Prosím o radu, zda dělám někde chybu, nebo je to vada výrobku? Děkuji S.
