The Blaupunkt 43UGC5500S TV displays content on a 43" LED panel in 4K Ultra HD resolution. The centrepiece of all its features is the Google TV operating system, which intelligently unifies content from various online services and prepares personalised recommendations. Thanks to this, all your entertainment is clearly in one place without having to switch between different apps. The system supports key platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and Apple TV. The system includes the Google Assistant voice assistant, which responds to voice commands to search for films, series or weather information. The screen with Direct LED backlighting contributes to uniform brightness across the entire surface.
Picture and sound
Content is displayed on a 109cm LED panel with Direct LED backlighting, which contributes to an even distribution of brightness and contrast across the entire screen. 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840 × 2160) brings a high level of detail and sharpness. The TV supports HDR10 and HLG high dynamic range formats. These technologies adjust the contrast ratio and colour spectrum, which results in a more faithful reproduction of light and dark scenes in compatible content, with a maximum brightness of 220 nits. The native refresh rate of the panel is 50/60Hz. The sound component is reproduced by built-in speakers with a total power of 16W.
Smart features and connectivity
The Google TV operating system provides access to apps such as YouTube, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Oneplay and Apple TV. Its interface unifies content from all subscribed services and presents tailored recommendations. To connect external devices such as games consoles, soundbars or Blu-ray players, there are three HDMI 2.0 ports and two USB ports. Wireless connection to the internet and accessories is provided by integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The TV receives signals via DVB-T2 (HEVC), DVB-C and DVB-S2 tuners, and there is also a CI+ slot for decoder cards.
