Dobrý deň. Zakúpila som si u vás notebook aj s office 365 personal ale vôbec mi to nejde spustiť ani ma to do toho programu nepustí. Vyskakuje mi iba hore na lište že je produkt bez platnej licencie a pritom som si za túto službu pri platila lebo som chcela mať o starosť menej a office funkčný bohužiaľ vôbec mi to nejde. Ak chcem aby sa mi to spustilo mám si zase zakúpiť balíček office inak sa mi tam dostať vôbec nedá. Prosím vás viete mi poradiť čo s tým mám robiť pretože nutne potrebujem pracovať a nemám ako keď to neviem spustiť. Ďakujem pekne za odpoveď a za vašu radu pekný deň.
