I bought a broken laptop in this store and now I regret that I contacted this store at all, the laptop arrived broken, sent it to be repaired under warranty, the shipment was paid 200 CZK at a time, reset everything to the factory settings before sending it, but stupidly set a password and so they returned it back to me, well, ok, removed the password and sent them the laptop again for two hundred crowns, waiting for a response from the service for a whole month, I also want to add that I am a foreign student in the Czech Republic and I need a laptop for study and because of these bastards I studied for a month without a laptop, so they also declined the request to fix it under warranty! They refused to fix what they themselves did and broke this arbitrariness, this is unacceptable, do not buy expensive equipment in this store, they are ready to gnaw the throats of customers for a couple of hundred crowns so as not to spend their money !!!
