Acra telescoping trekking poles

These trekking poles with quick-locking system make setup quick and easy. With just one movement of the lever, the poles are ready to use. You'll also appreciate the special hand loops for a comfortable grip even when walking for long periods of time. The poles have three parts and are made of aluminium + 40% graphite. They are lightweight - the weight of one pole is only 295 grams - and they feature an anti-shock system for added comfort. You can adjust the length from 72 to 145cm to suit your height. Accessories include interchangeable rings and rubber ends. With these practical trekking poles, you can enjoy your adventures in the countryside and keep your body in shape. When walking with the poles and using the correct technique, you'll use up to 90% of all the muscles in your body, thus optimally increasing calories burned.
