Taiwanese company ADATA, famous for manufacturing USB flash drives, external hard drives and SSDs, has recently unveiled a new powerful and stylish product: the DashDrive Elite UE700 flash drive. The Dashdrive Elite goes above and beyond what is expected of a high-performance flash drive with sophisticated design, practical application and excellent data transfer speed (with read and write speeds of up to 200MB/sec and 100MB/sec, respectively). For full speed use, the drive should be plugged into a USB 3.0 port capable of handling a maximum data transfer speed of 5GB/sec - but the drive is also backward compatible with USB 2.0 ports (where it performs at a lower transfer speed of less than 30MB/sec). There is no need to install any drivers to use this flash drive.
The drive's metallic case contains a blue LED, which lights up during transfer activity to or from the flash drive. The DashDrive Elite's retractable connector prevents damage when not in use, and means you never have to worry about losing the cap. The back of the drive also contains a loop for using the drive as a key ring.
