The ADATA Ultimate SU900 combines the 3D MLC NAND flash and SMI controller to deliver high capacity, speed and reliability.

The intelligent SLC caching algorithm maximizes read and write performance. The raw performance is improved by a performance-boosting SLC Cache Buffer and DRAM Cache and it therefore sufficient even when loads of loads of tasks are loaded intensively. For data integrity, the SU900 offers more LDPC error correction, data shaping, wear leveling than non-ECC or SSDs with BCH core correction..
