Dobrý den, uvádíte, že se jedná o použité zboží se zkrácenou zárukou na 12 měsíců. Vyrobce nabízí záruku 5 roků a na motor 10. Jaká záruka tedy platí a můžete být více konkrétní s tím, co konkrétně v tomto případě znamená "použitý" spotřebič?
