The model HK 764400 FB offers you the ultimate flexibility to put any dishes suitable for induction on any part of this cooking plate so that it overlaps the center cross. The rest of the cooking surface adapts to your piece of dish, regardless of size or location.

The entire plate is 71cm wide, with a cutout for installation being 68cm in size. You can handle the controls easily on the VUI display located in the middle of the bottom side of the plate. Of course, AEG is thinking about your safety, and therefore this model has an auto-off function and a child lock.

The Öko Timer offers an intelligent way to use your resources more efficiently. When you set the cooking time on the plate in advance, the timer accurately calculates when to turn the plate off to cook the food with the residual heat. What is the result? Same food quality at a lower electricity bill. While the OptiHeat function monitors the cooling of each cooking zone, it also provides the necessary information to help you use the residual heat effectively. The OptiHeat function simply tells you whether the cooking zone is still hot enough to cook, hot enough to keep the food temperature or simply "still hot".

Proper timing is always the most important - and especially when cooking. With the CountUp timer, you can monitor the cooking process even more accurately. The timer starts from scratch and counts until you turn it off or reset, so you know exactly how long each cooking step takes.

Of course, it is equipped with an acoustic signal, automatic warming and more. The small bonus from AEG is the unique connection of this induction plate with similarly equipped hoods, which then both communicate with each other at a distance. For example, they can turn on the lights, run the fan and others according to your requirements.
