Dobrý den, u pračky je uveden program "lůžkoviny". Je tím myšleno pouze povlečení nebo je vhodná pro praní peřin (přikrývek) a polštářů? Pokud vhodná není, které pračky s horním plněním tento program mají? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, minulý týden jsem u Vás objedanala pračku AEG LTX6G261C. Vzhledem k tomu, že došlo k problému s doručením a pračka nebyla doručena v avizovaném termínu, nebyla jsem při jejím přebírání. Pračka byla při instalaci mokrá, přepravcem bylo sděleno, že Alza výrobky před dodáním testuje. Jedná se opravdu o standardní postup, nebo mi bylo doručeno již použité a vrácené zboží? Děkuji za odpověď.
