TSA Numeric Lock Settings:
1. First, open the lock using the 000 code.
2. Turn the lock tab 90° counterclockwise and press down. In the depressed position, rotate the lock tab by another 90° in the same direction.
3. Set the desired numerical combination.
4. Pull out the lock tab and turn it 180° (to its original position) and then push it in.
5. Rotate the numbers to lock.
6. Unlock the lock with the new code.
