Dobrý den, prosím z jakého důvodu nelze zboží doručit do boxu nebo na adresu? Přesně z tohoto důvodu jsem si zaplatila předplatné Alza aby mi bylo zboží doručováno zdarma. U tohoto výrobku stojí poštovné více než 300Kč?? Důvodem je prý objemnost zboží. Již jsem u vás objednávala daleko objemnější zásilky a vše vždy dorazilo s normálním poštovným cca 45Kč. Nechápu. Neobjednávám snowboard nebo míchačku.
