The purchased product key must be activated in the Microsoft Store app

1)Launch the app and log in with your account or create a new one.
2) Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Redeem Code".
3) A new window will pop up. Enter the purchased 25-digit code and confirm by clicking "Next".
4) The next window will display the purchased product. Click "Confirm".
5) Now you can find and install your new game.

Dobrý den po nákupu hry jsem obdržel kod v sekci moje alza - hry , AVŠAK JEN 15ti místný. Naproti tomu po mě MS STORE chce kod 25ti místný pro aktivaci hry a následného stažení. Jak tedy mám pokračovat? Děkuji

Dobrý deň, túto hru som si u Vás zakúpil z toho dôvodu že uvádzate, že je na stiahnutie IHNEĎ, avšak na kód nedorazil v deň objednávky, stále na neho čakám. V tomto prípade sa jedná o zavádzanie zákazníka. Prečo zobrazujete status ihneď na stiahnutie ? Keď sa pozriem do diskusie každý tu má ten istý problém že neposielate licenčné kódy. Print screen pošlem na SOI ak moju požiadavku nevybavíte ešte dnes.

To, že sa po prvých dvoch dieloch série Age of Empires v definitívnej edícii dočkáme aj toho tretieho s prívlastkom „DE“, nebolo žiadnym tajomstvom.
