Application:
Apply mud from the Dead Sea on selected parts of the body and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water. The mud can be heated in a microwave oven or in hot water to a temperature slightly above body temperature, which will relieve muscle and joint pain. Open the mud bag before heating in the microwave. If you suffer from inflammation, it is advisable to use cold mud.
Natural mud is used exclusively for external use. Do not use on the skin of the face, open wounds, sores, or on the skin just after shaving. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
