Use:
Dissolve 250 g of salt in a bath of warm water. Relax in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry and use Ahava body lotion or body cream. Protect your eyes. If you suffer from high blood pressure, consult your physician before use. You can also use the salt topically, for example for foot baths, inhalations or compresses. For topical use, pour up to 50 g into 1 litre of lukewarm water and apply e.g. with soaked gauze or a swab. You can use the solution repeatedly.
