Alpro herbal drink with oat flavour
Alpro plant-based oat drink is a great alternative to milk. You will simply fall in love with its delicate taste. In addition to its 100% vegetable composition, it is also lactose-free and free of artificial colourwith. In contrast, it contains vitamins B2, B12 and D2. Recipe - Oatcakes
Ingredients
For the dough:
180ml Alpro oat drink
60g plain flour
45g oatmeal
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 and a half teaspoons baking powder
a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
extra oil for frying
For decoration:
Warm fruit compote or whatever you fancy!
Procedure
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth dough.
2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over a medium flame.
3. Gradually put the dough in the pan one at a time and bake on both sidewith.
4. Finished fritters should be golden brown. Serve with warm fruit compote or perhaps Alpro's plant-based yoghurt alternative. Yummy!
