Dobry den, drez jiz dvakrat prisel se zlomenym rohem. Vraceno, potud vse v poradku. Co mam udelat abyste mi dodali nepraskly? Rada si pro nej osobne dojedu. Muze se mi nekdo radeji predem podivat zda je ok, at nejezdim zbytecne? Dekuji

Dobrý den, měla bych dotaz. Když je napsáno, že se jedná o univerzální dřez. Je to myšleno tak, že se jedná i o pravý nebo levý odkap? Je možné dřez tedy otočit? Pokud ne, byla by možnost objednat opačný? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mám otázku. V popisu máte uvedeno že je součástí balení kompletní sifon, výpust. Ale tady zde v dotazech odpovídáme že sifon součástí není. Ten to dřez jsme zakoupili před měsícem a právě řešíme sifon a výpust. Tak mělo to bejt součástí a nebo ne? Děkuji
