Dobrý den, po instalaci teto tonerové sady do tiskárny hlásí stále dokola vadný toner. Jendou všechny tři, jindy jen některý znich. Pokud náhodou nic nenahlásí a ukáže plné stavy, při první pokusu o tisk ( třeba i jen testovací stránka ) tisk stopne a nahlásí 1-3 vadné tonerové kazety. Kazety vždy vyndám a zasunu znovu. Někdy hlásí chybu hned při testu jindy až pri prvním pokusu o tisk ( v takovém případě ukazuje i stavy barev jako full atd ). Z celého |Xl setu instaluji jen barevné, protože černá je stále na 80%. Mam přinést tonery na reklamaci nebo poradíte nejaký postup? Děkuji za pomoc
