Dobrý den, náplně nejsou nyní kompatibilní s Officejet 7740. Nakoupili jsme 20ks a ani jedna nefungovala. Před čtvrt rokem jsme zažili stejné a bylo nám řečeno, že se problém vyřeší aktualizací čipů v Alze. Dodnes se nic nezměnilo. Měli byste aktualizovat popis, že s touto tiskárnou nejsou náplně kompatibilní. Dva dny jsem problému věnoval a zatím bez výsledku, pouze mi alza napsala, že náplně mám vrátit, pokud jsem to nerozbalil a samozřejmě jich mám rozbalených několik. Poprvé jsem z Alzy zklamán. prosím o kontakt: 736489297

Dobrý den, kdysi jsem koupil podobný multipack do tiskárny HP 7740. Nainstaloval jsem modrý a fungoval bez problémů. Mezitím se však naistaloval nový firmware do tiskárny a zbylé dvě náplně jsou mi na ... Původně jsem to chtěl reklamovat avšak kvůli mé notorické nedůslednosti jsem neučinil ani to. Nejspíš by stačilo někde najít původní FW. Jak je to s těmi novými náplněmi, někde na Vašich stránkách jsem četl, že už je to ošetřené. Je to pravda? Pokud ano nejde nějak ošetřit i ty dvě zbylé. Každopádně bych si rád tento multipack koupil, doufám, že s ním užiji méně zábavy Alois Adam
