Před delší dobou jsem u vás zakoupil větší počet alternativních Alza tonerů pro tiskárnu Xerox 6010. Při výměně toneru se objevila hláška "Invalid toner", zkusil jsem to s dalším a tiskárna ho také nepřijala. Je možné vrátit neotevřené tonery a vyměnit je za originální Xerox tonery?
