Dobrý den, mám od vás koupenou tiskárnu T120. Došly mi v nich barevné CMY cartridge. Po vložení těchto mi tiskárna píše: Cartridge problem: One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. CMY Replace them with new cartridges. Tvrdíte, že jsou 100% kompatibilní. Vyplnil jsem reklamační požadavek. Prosím poraďte. Děkuji
