Dodávka v balení nikde neobsahuje požadovaný Product Key ve tvaru XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX tak, jak to bylo vždy u Windows ve verzi OEM obvyklé. Na telefonním automatu Alzy není absolutně možné dostat se na nějakou podporu. Žádám o zaslání Produkt Key obratem do e-mailu, nebo je snad zaplacená předinstalece nelegální kopie?
