Thanks to the ability to set the correct height, you won't hunch unnecessarily at the desk and at the same time you will stretch your back, neck and the muscles of your whole body while working. Regularly alternating between sitting and standing also promotes natural movement and better blood circulation, which your body will appreciate during long hours at the desk. Although most of us sit while working, the ability to easily change working positions brings significantly more comfort throughout the day.

The surface is resistant to impact, scratches, abrasion and stains, and is also very easy to maintain—it can be cleaned with common cleaning agents without any worries. The top is not pre-drilled, but screws are included in the package and you can manage the assembly with standard tools (e.g., a screwdriver, a tape measure and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling the holes).
